The “Wedding Singer” star is confirming reports she accepted a proposal from her handsome art consultant boyfriend Will Kopelman.

Her rep even shared a photo of the happy couple sitting in a sunny garden with Barrymore’s giant diamond engagement ring front and center.

Kopelman, 34, popped the question during a romantic trip to Sun Valley, Idaho, around the holidays, Us Weekly was the first to report.

Barrymore, 36, started marking red carpet appearances with Kopelman last February.

The “Going the Distance” actress, who has spoken openly about her bisexuality in the past, reportedly is ready to settle down and start a family.

“(She’s) yearning to get married and have kids,” an unnamed source told Us Weekly in October.

“He’s madly in love and knows she’s the one,” the source said of Kopelman.

Kopelman’s dad Arie Kopelman is the former head of Chanel USA.

Barrymore’s recent exes include actor Justin Long and The Strokes drummer Fabrizio Moretti, who is rumored to be dating “Saturday Night Live” hottie Kristen Wiig.

A marriage to Kopelman would mark Barrymore’s third trip down the aisle.

The former child star wed Hollywood bar owner Jeremy Thomas in March 1994 after just six weeks of dating. She filed for divorce less than two months later.

Her second marriage to comedian Tom Green followed a harrowing fire at their Beverly Hills home in 2001. Green filed for divorce after five months.

A Barrymore spokeswoman did not immediately respond to a request for comment.

Drew’s New Year is going to be extra happy!

Drew Barrymore is engaged to beau Will Kopelman, a source tells Us Weekly exclusively.

Kopelman, 34, popped the question in Sun Valley, Idaho around the holidays, according to the insider.

An art consultant and son of the former CEO of Chanel, Arie Kopelman, Will first stepped out with the Going the Distance actress, 36, in February of last year. (According to a source, the couple dated briefly in 2010 but split up at the time, reuniting the following year.)

And, indeed, back in October, a Barrymore pal told Us that the former child star was “yearning to get married and have kids,” with Kopelman poised to propose “around the one-year mark of their dating.”

“He’s madly in love and knows she’s The One,” the insider said of her handsome guy; Barrymore’s recent exes include fellow actor Justin Long and The Strokes drummer Fabrizio Moretti.

t will be the third walk down the aisle for Barrymore, who wed Welsh bar owner Jeremy Thomas in March 1994 — only to split just a month later. Her second marriage, to comic Tom Green, was similarly short lived: They wed in July 2001, and Green filed for divorce that December.

Like her BFF Cameron Diaz, Drew Barrymore isn’t afraid of aging, but she’s also not afraid of going under the knife.

“I don’t want to be vain or fearful, and I don’t think I’ll do anything [in terms of plastic surgery], but if I want to do something, I will,” asserts the 35-year-old actress in the August issue of Elle. “From my perspective, there’s no reason to be afraid of aging, because if you age, you’re lucky! The alternative is death.”

She’s also not scared of being alone. Drew, who stars in the upcoming comedy “Going the Distance” with her ex Justin Long, is currently single, but has no qualms about it. “If you’re 35 and single and it’s a choice, it feels fine. So I didn’t settle with the wrong person yet. Big deal!” (Um, let’s not forget she did settle twice before — she was married to Welsh bar owner Jeremy Thomas for a little over a month in 1994, and comedian Tom Green for a little over a year in 2001. Live and learn!)

Kicking off her career at the age of 7 in “E.T.,” Barrymore has consistently been working since 1982, but somewhere along the line she got a reputation as a ditzy blonde. While she may be bubbly, could a ditz have achieved as much success as Barrymore — who owns her own production company Flower Films and won a Golden Globe Award for her portrayal of Edith Bouvier Beale in HBO’s “Grey Gardens” — has?

The media’s misconception of happy-go-lucky Drew puzzles her as well. “I make movies,” she says. “I have a passion. Puppies and daisies don’t accomplish anything. That’s not me at all.”

Of course, all that ambition can tire a person out. “For three years straight, I’ve been burning the candle at both ends, and as of last December, I just didn’t have anything left,” she reveals. “I’ve been so aggressive about living life to the fullest and being plugged into everything, but now I’ve ripped the plug out of the wall and put it on the floor for a while. I’m thinking about the same things as when I was 15, about spirituality and who I am, who I want to be. It’s cocoon, pupa, larva, and f—, I’m reborn!”
